If you want a legit proof of funds from a legit lender you need to cultivate a relationship with a legit lender and ask them for one.If your proof of funds is some anonymous letter from the net or from someone who is not really your lender it is fraudulent to provide it.

They have bank regulators breathing down their necks and must underwrite loans conservatively or lose their jobs or worse yet be accused of fraudulent activity by the feds for not following protocols and get into legal trouble.

My comments might be better understood if we to say, fraud is illegal, by itself it is a violation of law, incorporating fraudulent schemes or aspects is a predatory practice, a predatory practice is not necessarily fraud.

To try to combat that I'm having them send me detailed pics after every move out so that they would have a harder time justifying say ten hours for clean up when there is some light cleaning to do and a few bags of garbage to take out.
