Hey All,I have a question for everyone who is currently involved and invested in the real estate market.With private lenders becoming increasingly prevalent in this market place, will there higher risk privately securitized mortgage notes cause the same collapse as the previous government backed securities.I see a lot of no income and no doc loans coming back onto the market, is this the writing on the wall that we should all be aware of?

Who knows what it will be, but it's clear that some of the most valuable office and retail space, which investors have chased up to the top over the past 10 years, may be an anchor around the neck for many personal investors and bigger portfolios.True, housing is showing no signs of an impending collapse.

Solid offer, but they hired an engineer that basically convinced the home owners that the roof was going to collapse on itself, I HAD an engineer's report stating that everything was fine. 2nd offer busted....FINALLY, the 3rd offer closed....What a crazy journey, lots of emotions and frustration.

or the ones were 12 kids partying on a deck that collapsed and lives were lost it happens.. but its just very rare.. so in this instance where you simply turning down an applicant I just don't see the risk
