In the casino when you are in the black, you are now playing with house money. 

You will only make a small percentage of each sale....but youll have leads coming in quicker..and they will slot you into their machine and get you earning money quicker.

I think there's a lot of upside to the Everett/Chelsea/Malden area's with the Casino going in and all the business' coming into the Seaport.

The stock market is too much like walking into a casino, so I choose to invest in a way that will do some good for my cash flow and will grow into something more.

We will still have permanent employees of industry including the new facilities,  casinos, hospitals, McNeese,  maritime,  etc...  

I doubt you will get many mid-level casino executives as tenants.

Just off the street from the state route and just across the river from downtown businesses and new MGM Casino ( that was scheduled to be opened in 2018).Very private lot.

It does have a community college and the Native American reservation nearby has a casino.

Today was slotted mainly for phone work.

If it's occupied, knock on the door.If it's unoccupied, tape a letter to the door (or slip one underneath or through the mail slot if equipped.As suggested above, talk to the neighbors.Ask at the post office what they know?
