The locations I am scoping out are areas bordering the “heavily competitive” Bay Area markets, which has been proven rather difficult; (Suggestions welcome).

Since the rate and assessed value will probably not be on the same page you will need find them individually and then multiply the rate(Convert into percentage if displayed in another form) by the assessed value to come up with the property tax of the home. 

I'm in Windsor Locks (15 mins south of the CT / MA border) and could probably come up with a few things.

If you want to be close to I-95, with the possible exception of Bridgeport, Stratford and a few in Norwalk, @Alex Borders, you're going to have a tough time making the numbers work.

It's basically on the border of Illinois and is about 2 1/2 hours north of Indy.

At the top of my listings I say something to the extent of:"Our calendar is updated in real-time & nightly rates are accurately displayed.
