From an investment standpoint, I view the share price, like any other publicly traded equity, as mostly influenced by investor sentiment. 

Especially if there isn’t anyone in your own sphere of influence that’s looking to buy or sell.

Different city, age of property, and million other thing influence the rates so who knows. 

They're hoping to stimulate the economy and restore confidence because rates influence consumer and business confidence, at least that's what I think they're trying to do, let's see if it's enough to counter what's been going on.

Another way to boost your credit is to piggyback off of someone's good CC.

So at least I’m getting a confidence boost.

In other words, if you boost one unit from a $600 to a $900, it's going to be hard to rent that one unit while the other 3 are still too far below that standard.

Wholesalers add no value to the real estate world... you tie up a sellers property asking unrealistic prices, your sales do not hit the MLS so you do not boost values in an area and most are uneducated hacks.
