James, appreciate the bold declaration but the irony of "Your wrong" coupled with the wall of text was too much to bare.I'm not always perfect with my proofreading either, but when you take the time to bold AND underline something... oof, make sure it's right, you feel me?

Calling a CPA to help figure all this out.Unrelated to this whats the @Chris Cook do and how does it get bold?

My biggest concern is all the bold text and different color fonts.  

If you're starting out with a huge stack of cash in your pocket, then you can do bold & hold and build wealth over time.  

Big bold headline with the owner's name as the variable field then some short copy with their address as a variable field (i.e.
