I don't plant flowers or mulch or anything until right before the house goes on the market, but everything else exterior wise gets done almost immediately.

I'm not going into the global warming thing, but it use to snow on my birthday in March, every year as a kid, then it didn't , then it did, then a couple years it didn't, kept on, now, it's been at least a decade, maybe longer since we had snow that late.
