@Jeb Brilliant I think Belize is a great potential investment location...cheap, English speaking, great weather, direct flights from cities like Atlanta.

I hope I can make it to a meeting in Tokyo at least once too, so I can meet everyone.I do speak Japanese by the way, but I don't know how confident I would be to make such a big investment with no English help.

All these countries have well-developed real estate industries with many people speaking English.
