Hi Suzanne-I would suggest checking out google, reading reviews, and looking at different websites to see the top few that you think will provide value. 

@Flavia Vangelotti - I am not following how the numbers look great from checking out the website, at least for the AL property in Cullman.

Look up the rules for Georgia (google it and look at the government website). 

Not sure treating property managers/landlords this way by giving ultimatums to purchase and terminating accounts when your website says FREE is the way to go...

what state is the property in and what is it.. is it 1 to 4 units.. the website shows no licenes so there are 12 or so states that licenses are required for 1 to 4 unit no matter owner occ or not.
