Hey Brad,One of the ways I've done it in the past is to go to the MLS, find recently sold flips and reach out to the agents/LLC's to see if they're actively looking for more projects.

Then, a lead we've been working on with direct to sellers re engaged us, and is looking to sell before the end of the year.The problem is we are not syndicating these deals, we are using our own capital.

I already sent the video (You see screenshots of a video) to my plumbers and handyman but just wanted to be Pro-Active and put it in the forums for any thoughts of what this could be so I can kind of get an idea of what this could be and the fix.If possible, could you please list your opinions on what could have cause this also?
