Basically trying to purchase a property , collaborating with sibling who's a UK citizen , title & deed would be registered as well.  

Hi Guys,I've had the intention of joining this place for some time but I've been based in the UK.

There are visa options, or tourist entry, all with limited stays; or immigrating if you win the lottery. 

As my UK friends would say, he was as useless as a chocolate teapot.I was strongly encouraged to go to a day long program called "Ignite", which I did.

Not sure what information you are trying to get from this post besides a rant about illegal immigrants completing construction work and the high cost of housing.

Except, that is where immigrants from Chicago seem to be moving into, so they're selling a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom for $300,000 and buying one for $200,000 (what 7 years ago would have been $130,000 when I moved from IL to IN). 

I just rejected a tenant recently because his girlfriend is a housing advocate for immigrants and the poor and pointed out two ostensible violations on my advert and lease.

They seem to be a family of Brazilian immigrants, helping each other out.

Most out CA immigration is going to NV,FL,TX and even HI.
