New York City Property Management
Hi Guys,
I've had the intention of joining this place for some time but I've been based in the UK. I now happen to be in NYC with the intention of staying, visa (marriage) permitting.
My UK bachelors degree is in UK real estate and I've worked for a few real estate firms, so I know the ropes. I've always been interested in starting my own management, acquisition and development company but while I'm here on a tourist visa, I can't work so all I can do is learn. I've had a browse of bigger pockets recommended reading but can anyone recommend books that would be specific to NYC market? Or any advice?
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Stuart
