I work mostly in Fairfield and Hocking county (southwest of Columbus) and we have definitely seen a boost - right now it's mostly people who are looking to get out of the city and all the development...selling their land/farms and coming here to find the privacy again! 

North Carlisle (Barracks area) near route 11, close to the I-81 exits, and southwest Carlisle/Dickinson College area are generally the nicest areas of Carlisle.

Most people are looking along the blue line, or southwest.

Southwest side can be good.Third: Check your bank.

Now just need to find the endless supply of owner financing homes in south west Idaho.
