You need to have a personality, be the authority.But that is definitely an option to look into.I am the brand for my SEO company and Jess is the brand for our flipping company.Keep in mind that the makes you chose, get drowned in the noise.

And yes, they do set up an LLC with an SEO-optimized website for you, along with a few other digital goodies, but everything else is just low-value stuff like the community, coaching calls, etc.

Become a master at SEO.

Also, from an SEO standpoint, it can be a nightmare.

Lunch Meetings, Networking, and Conference Calls all help me break up being at my desk for hours on end word-smithing for SEO and Adwords campaigns and be productive at the same time.I also have found that being creative or active for at least an hour in the evenings has been a huge help to me in getting my brain to shut up so I can sleep at night, as well as allow me to get a new perspective on the job-specific creative problems by giving me another, completely different creative or physical challenge. 

I am also marketing extensively on craigslist and very soon will be investing in SEO services.Onto the subject at hand. 4 of these 5 calls I received were from sellers who had very little equity, even though I bought a list that was supposed to be 40% or more equity (but that's a topic for another thread).

No one yet in my 5 years in this business could EVER challenge my lead generation system.All leads motivated, all leads free all leads come in without lifting a finger.Nothing beats SEO in quantity and quality and costs.
