Nobody has any respect for wholesalers.

Always be respectful (which is a good tip in all aspects of life), but ask that they consider other data, different comparables, etc.

Because I parent them, have respect for mine and others property, and immediately attend to accidents that do happen.

@Bevla Reeves, respectfully disagree in regard to that last comment.

Don't tell the trashy tenant that the good tenant complained though or anything like that.I've had some similar situations and have tried teaching and "training" the tenant, always respectfully. 

Fast forwarding to moveout, we cleaned the home to a very respectable living condition and notified the landlord we would be out mid-afternoon.
