However if you have funds in an IRA you can convert it into self-directed and get control over those funds and have virtually unlimited investment options.Subject of self-directed IRA is a frequent discussion here on the forum so I suggest you search using the keywords and educate yourself by reading other discussions.

Yes, that's right, they are incentivized to turn over tenants more frequently, as they make more money that way ... which leads to 7 ...8-10% of gross rents when rented ...$150 renewal fee, just to have existing tenants sign a freakin' lease renewal ...Annual inspection fee (which having seen properties after vacant I doubt they ever actually inspected) ...Phantom repairs ... faucet is dripping $100.
