Yes, that's right, they are incentivized to turn over tenants more frequently, as they make more money that way ... which leads to 7 ...8-10% of gross rents when rented ...$150 renewal fee, just to have existing tenants sign a freakin' lease renewal ...Annual inspection fee (which having seen properties after vacant I doubt they ever actually inspected) ...Phantom repairs ... faucet is dripping $100.
