I had to manage the hell out of that situation too.Right now I cobble together a small force of: my contractor for plumbing/electrical, but he's often busy and not very fast, my painter, who is quick but limited, and a house cleaner for deep cleans between tenants.Oh Lordy, where do I find the ideal handyman who wants to stick around, knows what to do, and is sane?!?

As the years progressed, I hired a full time employees and a painter on an as needed basis.

Every few years appliance delivery and hardware store people want to take my frumpy homeless-looking plumber construction painter self to lunch and offer to work for free just to 'be around it'.  

I have a roofer painter few ac and general contractor.

Should I really need to wait 2 weeks for painters when half of the area is unemployed?

If you have a corporate account you can call the color in and have it mixed and get your painter to pick it up which worked great for me at Sherwin Williams. 

Do I need to serve tenant 3 day notice to remove them or can I have painters remove them.

I worked at an ACE for 7 1/2 years through high school and part of college and we actually had people working there that were plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, etc.  

Yes, it's me doing some work, but you will find one of the worst 'values' out there is paying painters.
