I was going to buy in Springfield but could no longer find the cashflow I wanted and believed some mentor hype that I could find this kind of cashflow in Chicago.

Like many novices, he is fooled by all the hype by the infomercial gurus.

^ hype like the gurus do, but stating that we should be encouraging and helpful to the newbies.

Real Estate: Some areas have been hyped up and overvalued even these past few months after the election.

I’m not saying that you don’t provide value in this situation but the typical hype, pressure sale expensive type guru usually provides not enough value for the cost of what they charge.

However, it's a bit over-hyped.

Social media is just a tool, don’t get to caught up in all the hype.

So I do respect you even if it would not seem that way from that.There is some stuff about being an agent in the profile a little deeper in the like occupations or experience sections, but I don't hype it in the main stuff.  

I certainly suggest: stay away from HomeSide (and similar hyped ads)!

This was a good deal and a big step toward financial freedom but there's no reason to hype up the deal by characterizing it as zero down because it's definitely not.
