I served eight years on active duty in the Marine Corps and spent most of my time doing marketing, public relations and advertising.  

This house was a foreclosure that she had bought back in 2011, located in Havelock, North Carolina, and only 5 minutes away from Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.

The area continues to hold great job prospects and famous colleges... and rich people around the world retire in places like Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Los Altos/peninsula, I would not bet on dramatic price drops nor dramatic increase. 

He was recently out of the Marine corps & had a Chem Eng degree.His side gig was cleaning restaurant & commercial kitchen grease hoods.
