Marine Corps Vet: Relocating to Tampa -- Diving into Real Estate Living

Hey all, I'm Thano.  I served eight years on active duty in the Marine Corps and spent most of my time doing marketing, public relations and advertising.  Since leaving the Corps, I have done sales and gotten my MBA in Marketing.  I'm relocating to the Tampa area from Washington D.C.  I'm going to be getting my real estate license as soon as I'm in Tampa and I am looking to use my marketing/photography/sales/construction skills to begin hitting the market and hopefully flipping homes within the first 12-18 months.  My main purpose now is to connect with like minded people who are looking for someone to connect with as well and gain any tips for the Tampa area.  I plan on using my military connections in Tampa to get into the market for working with all the active and reserve component servicemembers in the greater Tampa area.
