Can anyone recommend a good tax preparer / enrolled agent in Anchorage? 

Name is Francisco I'm currently enrolled in a Property Management Course with Allied Business School.

@Karen Opp,As the BP resident tax guy I will say that your number one focus should be someone qualified over location.You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

I'm currently enrolled in the PA Real Estate sales persons class, and look forward to becoming a licensed agent.  

Personally, I'm currently enrolled in classroom courses.

I've had my head in books, scoured the web for every new term, researched the nitty gritty of any claimed new strategies I'd never heard of, been ripped off on a couple force fed guru "best way" webinar sales, backed out of a deal where they tried to stack the cards against me in a very sneaky way, passively attended a few meetups, talked to numerous lenders and even enrolled to get my Florida agent license. 

@Alexandra Hughes Pailet, How would we enroll in either of those workshops if we have already gone through registration?

I do not have any hands on real estate experience, however I have enrolled in a class to get my real estate brokers license.Before my classes start, I am going to navigate this site more to get some pointers on how to get a SUCCESSFUL start in this business.

FYI there are about 50k students enrolled. 

Having a signed agreement lets them take care of utilities and enrolling kids in school.At move in we do walk through and trade keys for remaining move in money.
