I really dislike the term "warzone."

I have considered joining EO in the past and it always came back to not being able to stand some of the "requirements" and how important money and material things seemed to be to most of the people I met (I know this is an unfair statement to the whole organization and I have some good friends in it..again..I am very much a contrarian and dislike structure imposed by others, which is why I started my own business.Sorry for the long rant. 

So, why would a person really dislike dealing with tenants and filth when making money every day sort of like behind the scenes.You need a philosophy you understand and adhere to! 

She didn't like what he had to say (the 2 disliked heirs have rights), but it's the law,  not sugar coated.    

I just can not understand the overwhelming dislike of Zillow leads!

I completely understand your feelings towards the writing style, but it is not a book to be taken literally, rather a very easy to understand book of fundamentals.My question is what were you expecting to get out of the book and what caused you to dislike it based on presumptions?

I've been a real estate junkie for 30 years and love the hunt for deals, but really dislike the lending side of the deals.
