Although, I question whether or not you'll be able to make heads or tails out of it anyway lol.But, bottom line is, you could argue that if the max square footage needed for 2 people in an aged person homes is 60 square feet per person, and you have 100 square feet per person, that it should be reasonable to deduct that you're in compliance.Whew.

That does not happen by accident, you must spec what you want.The wire shelves allow for easier painting on turns, (easy quick) visual conformation that the outgoing renter has not left (a handgun, illegal substances, or a big dead bug) up there.I am not aware of these ubiquitous shelves being a danger to life...Seems like the tail wants to wag the dog here--maybe a harbinger of things to come.Either the renter or you are the boss...maybe a harbinger of things to come.Good Luck!

.): $10,000What I'm wanting to know is...does it look like there's enough meat on the bone for me to wholesale it at around $22,000 or should I bust my tail to find a financial partner on the deal and do the rehab (which I would prefer...just not sure where to get a partner).
