Steve Stuart One hot water heater for 32 Units... enough?
3 July 2020 | 14 replies
You will likely have about 16 units showering all between 6:30 and 7:30am, potentially with two back to back in many of those, and another 16 units showering before bed each night, and trying to do dishes.Again, you need to consult a plumber, if not building code as well, but my house has 3 full,1 half bath with dishwasher and laundry, and our plumber recommended a 50 gal for a family of 4.  32 units, potentially all couples, that is 64 occupants.
