Nobody has a 'crystal ball' but the average price for a single detached home with duplex potential seems in the range of $500-600K asking price in Kitchener - isn't this unsustainable? 

I understand there’s no crystal ball but is there anything we expect to happen based off the past?

I am so excited about keeping this ball rolling and continuing to grow.
