We need to mud & tape the whole house, paint, replace 7 windows ( glass block ), finish two whole bathrooms, install kitchen cabinets, install flooring throughout the whole house and probably build a staircase that we already paid the contractor for.Lots of lessons learned on this property on what not to do.

Starting there makes you look desperate and could be problematic if they have a lawyer friend.Beef up your rental agreement for the future so that you have ways to enforce the rules and get undesirables out.
