There are a good number of duplexes in the area, and demographics and the projected growth of the area (with businesses coming to town and other staple businesses in the area growing) seem to hint that duplexes would be a great investment.

They still need to drylock the walls once everything is cleaned out and completed, so it's still only part way completed.This is the cement pad that was poured where the load bearing wall had been cut in the basement and is where the washer and dryer will end up.The beautiful (high hint of sarcasm) cement patio that was found under the deck in the back yard.
