Currently, I am analyzing small multifamily properties in Elizabeth, NJ (particularly northern Elizabeth where the neighborhood is a bit nicer), and striving to house hack by living in one of the units and renting the others. 

If someone is a bit short, they can make it up over the course of the investment.Most of all, I would strive to keep the peace :)

THAT is when companies should strive to offer good customer support.My clients were getting no leads and they were forced to KEEP paying them every month.If you come at me with the excuse "ohh we already set up the account".. that already is horse crap because  they just copy the provide over and make some tweaks here and there.. but what is the reason that they had to keep on paying month after month when they simply are not performing any results??

Go find a niche, pull the trigger, and then strive to get better at your craft each and every day. 

I understand that it's challenging, but one can always strive to improve and make a better spread!

Here at BP (and sites like this), one should not simply strive to be average.

Real estate investing has given me a passion, (BIG) goals of my own to strive for instead of solely helping my employer achieve their goals, turned my mindset away from "go to school, get job, live in debt", and it gives me freedom.

Lending credence to BP's posters should be something that BP strives to do, not something BP strives to inhibit.It seems to me that sometimes what appears as spam is actually content, and what appears as content is actually spam.

So I just stress that life isn't fair but we should strive for it in our relationship.
