Anyway, I read, all I do is read and I have recently stumbled into something that sparked an idea but I guess I’m not sure if it works the way I interpreted it?

My interest in investing in real estate sparked a few years ago while still in school and I've been trying to read anything I could get my hands on about the subject ever since.

I as well as others on this thread just got a huge spark from reading your post.

Real Estate has always sparked my interest but I let family and people talk me out of my dreams...

Though, the introduction of that facility did spark some growth, attention, and large land purchases- I think the verdict is still out if that is going to sustain any substantial growth.

Any type of life change would spark one of his list/buy with me post cards.

Note that you have to be careful with this because it may signal weak financing to the seller and spark them to want a higher price.

And by doing the research, you will probably find other discussion tangents that will spark your imagination and lead to even greener pastures!
