When it came time to get keys she said that there were evictions on both of our credit reports (which there are not) so we thought she was scamming us, we put a stop payment on all of the checks and investigated our credit reports ourselves.

I'm sure everyone here is many steps ahead of me in realizing the vast quantity of people and entities looking to scam the living daylights out of the would-be investor. 

It's another scam that professional tenants use to take advantage of unsuspecting landlords.He broke a half dozen clauses in your lease agreement?

These sellers are omitting information and trying to hide cheat and scam the buyer into overpaying.

I have been to good, great and scam seminars.

After doing some digging they turned out to be scams!  

Dont even know where to begin to get our money back.....making people go through the whole process, changing my insurance coverage etc etc just to be a total scam!!
