So I'm looking for additional information to best navigate the situation and facilitate resolution to a property that originally went into default in 1/12.In my opinion, a short-sale won't go through on this property even at the listing price.

I would never own property in a place where I don't have some form of control.But glad they found a place and it will eventually come to a decent resolution for you.
