Plus if they manage to chip it (my tenants haven't) you can pop out the tile and replace it.

When you type in an address, it will pop up on Google pointing to their website, I'm assuming in an effort to drive traffic to their site and detract from Zillow/Trulia.  

Just check NH-centric threads and you'll see some names pop up that might be able to give you a bit of a hand.

I think you want their help with CMA's (comps) and other market research, plus maybe you want them to let you know when a deal pops up on the MLS, right?

We like to pretend we are wizards, but the fact is that even the best lender in the world is not capable of controlling when your mother will die or what stupid thing the listing agent will do or when unknown medical debt from 15 years ago will suddenly pop up.

Unfortunately I don't have that luxury and I also don't have friends or family that are real estate savvy to help with making these big decisions or helping resolve any problems that pop up on an existing property.

Just curious as this is an idea that popped into my head.
