any one can put a price on a property does not mean thats what it will SELL for or is worth. other FACTORS  as stated above pertain if its a build-able parcel or not.. thats fairly easy to ascertain .

It seems like most of the balance sheet examples I find are filled with things that don't pertain to use with a small portfolio.
