-Knockdown texture will mask a lot of imperfections in walls either from shoddy work or an old house.

The only new information was the "packages" that they offered... overpriced IMO.So im going to ask members your opinion.We have a few properties in 2 estates, we live in one of this estates.Should we...1- Open a Series LLC, then a Land trust to "mask the owner ship of it", then open child series, open another Land trust, deed one property to it and do the same for every child series?

Your post is a good start, but I think there are many more layers of the onion to peel back in order to really help you.

There are ways you can mask your ownership but unless your wanted by the mob, I see the cons of the Land Trust to outweigh the anonymity benefit. 

,aerosol sprays and candles only replace the odor with a more pleasant odor, they do not remove the odor only masks it.

We have a cleaning lady in today but she's not shop-vaccing up construction debris and the like or standing on a ladder to clean the outsides of the casement windows, picking floor protector boards up, disposing of trash, peeling stickers off of appliances and setting up shelves and burners...Odds and ends like applying Deck Over to the deck, painting basement stairs, etc.

Another issue is the paint is peeling in one of the rooms in the newly painted property.
