needing repairs and remodel funding on 10 unit apartment

Hello all. Me and my wife bought a 10 plex in big sandy, Tx last year. We have several issues needing taking care of ASAP. We are looking for funding. We are open to options. We owe 527,000 on it now, and at full capacity it should be valued between 825,000 -875,000 Look forward to options or suggestions
