My new phone hates my typing style.

Anyone use a different exterior door and shutter color scheme from one unit to the next in a multifamily building or complex...town house style...to provide some character and personal space feeling?  

It is a brand new construction from Style craft builders.

I own a vacuum-style steam cleaner and tried that.

Some personal skills include problem solving, organizing, being a task oriented person and a stickler for schedules.

@Billy Raz working with residential loan officers vs commercial loan officers it seems the commercial guys are more transaction oriented vs (residential) relationship oriented.

Don't renovate to the standard you would live in if it's a rental, and if it's a flip, make sure you understand what the market demands in terms of amenities, colors and styles!

I still have to find some asbestos removal folks to clear out the ancient heating system ( I think it's that "octopus" style heater).Today, I just got DTE to get electricity on, and will have internet set up Monday.  

Was initially going to buy a townhome as I no longer want to rent, but felt as a single guy with no major obligations, turning this into an investment oriented approach felt like a better move.

We tend to stay out of the city, but mainly because I don't think my management style would be effective there.
