I seen today where an home inspector sited double wires on a breaker in a sub panel, which is legal if the breaker is rated for it, but missed right behind it that the neutrals and ground where on the same bar.

I would think selling as opposed to renting would put money back in your pocket for the next deal and get you out of a deal that sounds cash-flow neutral at best and where you will need to come to the refi with a down payment to make it work.

I have found that (1) things occur that nobody could have predicted that affect your investments, both positively (good luck) and negatively (bad luck), and that future things that are obvious have a way of not happening as often as not.Still, it’s very difficult to invest in a “market neutral” way.
