@Nathan Wierzgac Might be beneficial for you to contact a commercial RE  mortgage broker to help you navigate this. 

I’m new to the community so still familiarizing myself with navigating the site. 

(That said some other Japanese & Korean off brands are still working ok for me as well).

In addition to food and a place to sleep, we have Housing Navigators to assist with finding a place to live and Case Managers who will connect you with different social services, including Section 8 and school for your daughter. 

I found it more complicated to navigate keeping myself protected and continuing to grow while keeping everything in my name.
