It seems that there is no maximum limit for security deposit in FL, just want to run this by everyone here in case I misinterpreted the language.  

This is very normal in insurance, you are only asking for the contractual language that you will be signing up for. 

The language is the same.

Reading the post, I'm not sure if it is just imprecise language or mis-understanding of the rules, but just wanted to clarify that point.When working with a plan provider, they should be able to assist you with properly investing with your plan - including guidance on proper insurance. 

Trust me, I went to those courses and the first time I took the exam, I thought I was taking a foreign language exam. 

However, there is no language really on move out procedures and how the deposit should be handled. 

Over the next few months I will be hitting the books hard to familiarize myself with the mathematics until it is my second language. 

I often get told I try to do too much (like that time I signed up to take 3 different foreign languages as a freshman in college and was told I was crazy), so sometimes I lose sight of what is "normal," if that exists.

I would like to have a NOTE in place at the minimum APR just so we have something on file should I want my money back, etc.I have never created a note before, and am unsure of the language needed.
