Even the inspector was upset that he found 1 thing wrong as he wanted it to pass first time.So all in all, a story that was going well....until.I get a phone call about 18 months ago, apparently the neighbor (white) has started putting up racial slurs on the fence line (my tenants are black).

I think one (1) time the inspector valued the project at less than the draw (plus past draws), but that's rare.If your client does not have much equity in the deal to start, then you should be more careful with the draw amounts.

I appreciate the information I haven't had to do it in Broward County...I know in Dade I didn't have much luck on the phone unless I knew there was an open case and was able to catch the inspector assigned to it while they were in the office and available to take calls (tough to do because it's usually only two hours a week prior to like 8:30am).
