Hello All,

My name is Luis. I'm new here from Long Beach California. I currently work full time with the City of Long Beach as a Building Inspector. I also have a Real Estate license for about 5 years. My new goal is to become a successful investor. I will learn as much as I can on this site as well as learn from others. To be honest I am overwhelmed with all the information on here. In time I will learn. Thank you all I look forward to my new adventure.
