I am surprised that this interview is hosted by BP and not corrected... very misleading to new investors :-( 

We research markets and analyze properties all the time with our co-hosting business, so here are a couple things we do.

Especially considering that the brokerage firm has the ability to call the margin and force a sale once the stock moves too sharply to the downside to protect their interest.
