This year we rented from May-October but we only got it up and running in May and need to put in central heat to rent it year round.

  Is anyone using on demand systems to heat just hot water instead of the traditional tank?

I have an employee who earns $5,000 to $7,000 every week (his paycheck) canvassing door-to-door and he sells home services i.e. plumbing, heating, roofing, house painting, etc..My company has been hiring door-to-door canvassers for about 20 years and it is the best and most-productive marketing and sales arm reaching out that any business can have.

Heating during winter is completely dependent on electricity.

lol  Any major city in Tx of course, I'm out of El Paso :)  We're seeing many out-of-state and international buyers come to this market as things heat up in the bigger and touristy markets.

The home already has ducts for its forced air heating, but no cooling yet.

The house does need some work and I feel like there is already some equity in it, so I'm also interested if options that allow me to pull some money out to do the appropriate upgrades  (the biggest being putting in a 3 room mini split heat pump to replace a 20 year old propane furnace that burns through propane and a 15 year old ac unit that needs replaced also).
