This is why I scratch my head when everyone is so high on seller financing.

I am a new out of state investor so I feel like my head is all over the place.

If we want to slow the rapid appreciation of home prices, we need more supply.

I see a lot of first-time investors get in over their heads, and a realtor is a great resource to help guide you through the process for the first time.

Shortly after the contractual deadline passed, I was contacted by a neighbor, who also holds the position of HOA head.

I'm sure organizer @Dmitri L. will be thrilled to know you'll join us.I am currently trying to find a venue for us to meet and a head count is really important so I will certainly add you to the count and I ask all others who plan to attend to make it known so we can secure a venue with adequate space.
