The only way I can see making a profit would be, if the area would support it, push the homes size up a bit, but even if sales are at $145-$150/sf, you might simply want to see if you can cut a deal with those developers to dump your lot to them and move on the greener pastures.

I am motivated, pumped and excited to start journey of real estate rental investments and I know the grass will not always be greener on the other side, but at least, I will have a view of grass within my sight.Thank You.

Now there is no way on this planet I'm going to give someone a 50% down payment, especially when that equates to tens of thousands of dollars.

I can't think of another industry on the planet who would ever even dream up the idea of plastering their pictures all over their business cards...and anything else they can find as  landing spot.
