Im very green at this game, and finding a good starting line is being a problem so far..

I have on RARE occasion, rented to someone with a green thumb and actually liked doing it, but they are a needle in a haystack.If the neighborhood is truly known for it's landscaping, you want to have a professional do it (just build it into the rent price) and then one of your great selling points in advertising your property is that "professional landscaping" included!

It is south west of the green arrow there are two little fields, this is the one that is closest to the bay.

And I got almost a whole house left....what kind of person paints their entire house in dark red and green, and lime green?

People comment that when flying into Tallahassee, what they see is a thick layer of green because of all the trees everywhere.

Hainey on Green Acres (if you're old enough) he just flipped signs on his truck to sell what ever product or service was applicable to the situation. :)

I used to go to games there and it was BAD. it's turned around. same thing with cabrini green (north side near Lincoln park). big-time $ there now.by and large though, 99% of the time, a bad area won't turn around though. personally, I try like crazy to stay away from S8.

Another tenant in a different house decided to repaint the kitchen an ugly green and even remove/upgrade some of the windows/frames.
