I am planning on spacing it apart so that we are able to fulfill the primary residence regulation. 

To make a long story short, the supervisor was more than happy to fulfill the request.

You have already fulfilled your end of the agreement by paying for weekly service.

You're going to have trouble accelerating and fulfilling your financial dreams as long as you've got that burden.

You have so much info at your fingertips with this group, your challenge will be in finding what is useful to you in the moment.Your wanted advice will probably best be fulfilled by asking fairly specific, pointed questions.  

Think about the folks that fulfill their lifelong dream of rescuing animals big and small by doing rescues and opening up sanctuaries.

You'll look back MUCH more fulfilled with battle scars to show, rather than going the "safest" path and STILL asking the same questions.....Have fun, learn lots, enjoy the ride...

@Mark Kumm  @Jonathan Dick  Mark good points you need not look any further than were this company is based... all the fulfillment companies that back the TV gurus and paid training schemes are based there.. this is what these guys do in many industries but they are very heavy to RE and RE training and figuring out how to get up front money.. they are very good at what they do these fulfillment companies..

I wonder about some of the $50/60k "nicer trailer" housing options (with good tenant betting procedures) to fulfill the rule of 1%.Thoughts anyone?
