Biz Brokers are huge scumbags who will con you to try and get their commission - they are truly snake oil salesman... if you do buy a biz do extreme investigation before you buy and know exactly what your getting into - hope this helps

Those sound like quite common things to see if you attend auctions regularly.There's usually at least big fish that wants to knock any newbies out by driving the prices up.

Am in negotiations with a seller of a home with a below ground oil tank in New Jersey.The seller agrees to remove the tank prior to closing,while the heating system depends on the tank.Should I also insist on a new heating system as well or is removal sufficient?
