No affiliation or endorsement of that site.If you find someone to work with you, there are other ways, actually endless variables to design variable cash flows from a note or portfolio.Think of having a pot of cash available to you at any time by assigning a note, you take some cash out and the note covers the withdrawal until it is paid by the note.

If you need more time to get leased, you can get a vacancy endorsement. 

Look for reviews, BBB endorsements, and listen to your gut also.

And please forgive me, I am not endorsing that strategy...but if it's one that you want to use then it's important to know that the lender is ok with it.   

The note will be endorsed (without recourse) and trust deed will be assigned to your custodian fbo of your IRA, like you were purchasing a whole note.

You can even get coverage (via endorsement) that insures they are contiguous, if so desired.
