But, I am crying all the way to the bank because my lawyer just emailed me that I won my six years in court and I get all my properties back from a criminal who invaded them with a gun and has threatened my life and kept my friends from managing my rentals.

I know lots of people here are landlords, it might be offensive to assume that about a landlord,  but it seems awful lot so to me in this case.... 

We look at the credit score, criminal BG check and we get landlord references.

Unfortunately, these criminals target senior citizens.

No offense to anyone here, but no one knows when it will happen.

Further, 90% are delivered within 28 hours.The main factor that can lead to slow results is that county criminal and eviction searches are completely dependent on the systems that each county has put into place. 

For anyone with Cozy experience:  when you have multiple applicants and potential tenants paying the $40 to run the credit and criminal background checks only one can get the apartment.  

I actually recently went through one of these nightmarish experiences where the Lender treated me as if I were a criminal or something when all I was trying to do was get an honest mortgage.

@Jim StallingsYou still have to worry about servicing, RESPA, etc. it’s not worth it to me especially when it could be criminal.
